Welcome to SVCT Fine Art Club!

Arts is a broad term encompassing various forms of human expression and creativity. It generally includes:

  • Visual Arts (such as painting and sculpture)
  • Performing Arts (such as theatre and dance)
  • Literary Arts (such as poetry and prose)

The aim of art is often to express ideas, emotions, or a worldview, and it can take many forms depending on the medium and the artist's intent. Fine Arts is a broader category of arts. It refers specifically to visual arts that are created primarily for their aesthetic value and intellectual stimulation rather than for a functional purpose. Fine arts often focus on producing works that are appreciated for their beauty or emotional power.

We have a range of exciting activities lined up in our college, including Onam celebrations, mehndi, cooking without fire, sports, dance, rangoli, painting, sketching, craft-making, and photography and singing.
