The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) at Sri Venkateswaraa College of Technology (SVCT) is dedicated to fostering innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking among students. The cell serves as a platform to inspire young minds to transform ideas into impactful ventures by providing guidance, mentorship, and industry exposure.

StartupTN Alignment
The EDC also aligns with initiatives promoted by StartupTN, the Government of Tamil Nadu’s startup mission that supports entrepreneurship through mentorship, incubation, funding access, and ecosystem development. StartupTN works to strengthen innovation-driven entrepreneurship across Tamil Nadu by connecting educational institutions, startups, investors, and industry experts.
