SVCT Students Excel at Smart India Hackathon 2025

A team of second-year students from our institution, under the team name Innoaura, participated in the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025, a prestigious national-level initiative organized by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with AICTE. The event was hosted at Parul University, Vadodara.

The team worked on a complex problem statement provided by the Ministry of Mines, showcasing their innovation, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills. The team members included:

  • Yogeshwaran A (Electronics and Communication Engineering)
  • Sandeep S (Electronics and Communication Engineering)
  • Rajesh T (Computer Science and Design)
  • Vishnu Sai Raju D (Electronics and Communication Engineering)

Their participation in this national platform reflects the growing technical competence and collaborative spirit among the students, bringing recognition to the institution on a pan-India level.

Student Honoured as Youth Icon

Sai Dhinesh S, a student of Sri Venkateswaraa College of Technology, has been nominated as a Youth Icon under the prestigious “Viksit Bharat – Yuva Connect” programme organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

As part of this national initiative, he had the opportunity to address and interact with a wide audience, presenting his ideas and perspectives aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. The programme aims to empower young minds and connect them with the nation's developmental goals through dialogue, leadership, and active participation.

During the session, Sai Dhinesh delivered an inspiring talk highlighting the role of youth in nation-building, showcasing leadership qualities, communication skills, and a strong sense of social responsibility. His recognition as a Youth Icon reflects his commitment to contributing towards the country’s growth and development.

This achievement brings pride to the institution and stands as a testament to the potential of students in shaping the future of the nation.
